Delivery charge varies with each product. In Lahore within 10km radius there is free delivery. But outside of Lahore delivery charges may vary city to city. Some items may have a shipping cost depending on the product.
The delivery time of the product varies from product to product. The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders for laminated sheet (Chip Board) products. If product is in Hardwood, then it would take 4 weeks to deliver the product.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Daewoo and M&P; If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with client and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We pack the product with the Shrink plastic sheet and bubble sheet. We try out best to transport the product with safety to avoid any damage. However, the company will not be responsible for any damage during transport.
If There is a genuine issue, reported within 2 days, with the product, we will replace the product. In case of client cancel the order before dispatch of goods 20% payment will be deducted. In case the product return from the door step of the customer no refund will be made. Payment Refund will be made in a month.
